President Trump criticized Iran in a speech at the United Nations general assembly. The war of words began from there as Irani President Hassan fired back with criticism of the U.S calling the U.S the main instigator of terrorism in the middle east.
"Today, America, unfortunately, is the supporter of terrorism in our region, and wherever America has gone, terrorism has expanded in the wake," Rouhani told Fox News's Chris Wallace.
"The country that is present and flying over the air space of and bombarding the soil of the country of Syria without permission of the government is the
United States of America," Rouhani explained to Wallace.
President Rouhani mildly called out the U.S for being too involved with the Middle East way too much. I would take it step it a step further and say the U.S sees the Middle East as a warzone. Whether it's George W. Bush starting two unjust wars or Mr. Warhawk himself "John Bolton" trying to create conflict with Iran, the U.S is the last place in the world that can call another country a terrorist nation.
